Allowing light to flood a home while protecting privacy
The Objectives
This client chose Deuren following a friend’s recommendation. They required contemporary internal doors that would serve to let in as much light as possible, while still protecting privacy.
Deuren's Solution
The client visited us at our factory, saw the work that goes into crafting a Deuren door and we discussed design possibilities at length. Given that it was such a priority to really capitalise on the flow of natural light around the home, the Gio Glass style was chosen. This stunning door, with its specialised engineered solid timber frame and strong glass centre panel, is perfect for contemporary decor. The glazed panel lets in just the right amount of light, all the while helping the space to maintain its privacy.

Our client prioritised minimal yet effective design throughout their home and needed doors to complement it and ensure the décor exuded class. They’d already specified they admired the premium and innovative features of our internal doors but it was down to us to recommend which style and configuration would best fit the project.
Maximising light flow with extra height doors
Using a variety of configurations and styles, we manufactured a series of made-to-measure doors for this contemporary project, including extra height internal doors, and a sleek entranceway with glazed laterals.
Floor-to-ceiling height doors for maximum impact
This homeowner required two doors – a bathroom door and a kitchen door – to finish their property, which had been designed to built to a stunning standard. Those standards needed to be maintained and the same attention to detail applied in their door choices.
