New investment drives Deuren forward

After a successful two years, we have taken steps to increase our capacity and continue to offer luxury front, internal and garage doors to our ever growing base of clients. This expansion marks a big step for us at Deuren, as we endeavour to offer the same level of service for clients new and old, to make sure they get the very best service. We have recently invested in new premises, which will enable us to increase production and capacity.

It will also allow us to offer an even greater factory experience when clients come to see their doors being made, with a dedicated showroom section showcasing our best doors. Just because we’ve increased capacity doesn’t mean we’re compromising on quality – we’ve recently bought a new £100,000 CNC machine, the Biesse Rover A Smart, which is not only more efficient but also allows us to create beautiful doors with even more precision. The Biesse machine allows us to craft more complex pieces with accuracy, simplicity and a quality finish thanks to its 5-axis technology. Reduced tool changeover time, reduced cleaning times and user-friendly technology will all help us to become more efficient, and its ability to process large sizes is ideal for our contemporary doors, which can be made to measure to fit your requirements.

We are also increasing capacity through hiring new, expert staff. These new members of the Deuren team will be working within our factory to help bring your ideas to life and will give us room to grow and expand the business further.
