A made-to-measure solution for an oversized entranceway
The Objectives
This homeowner approached Deuren with a requirement for a bespoke front door that not only aligned itself with the contemporary look and feel of their house but that fulfilled their dreams of it being oversized too. After speaking with other manufacturers, they’d been under the impression that size would be an issue and they may have to compromise on the grand entrance they’d envisaged. They were also keen to maximise opportunities to allow natural light to flood into the building.
Deuren's Solution
We were able to alleviate worries there wouldn’t be a door suitable to meet their size requirements – Deuren manufactures doors up to 1380 x 2600mm for maximum impact. The customer opted for an oversized entranceway that we made completely bespoke to the house’s requirements. We recommended the striking Pianura 1 collection, which was in a dark grey colour to really offset the natural tones of the house’s exterior. Meanwhile, the glazed panels encourage light into the home and through the hallway.
