Using dark timber to create beautiful contrast with light walls
The Objectives
Our customer had recently bought a new house, which had plain-looking interiors and required some more character. To add in that personality, they began researching internal doors.
Deuren's Solution
We assisted the customer from the beginning of their project. They visited us at the factory where we were able to show them first-hand the quality of our doors and provide expert advice to ensure they were making the right choice in doors. They opted for Trem H doors in a wenge finish, particularly because the dark colouring of the timber would beautifully contrast with the neutral walls.

Making a difference with walnut
Our client prioritised minimal yet effective design throughout their home and needed doors to complement it and ensure the décor exuded class. They’d already specified they admired the premium and innovative features of our internal doors but it was down to us to recommend which style and configuration would best fit the project.
Floor-to-ceiling height doors for maximum impact
This homeowner required two doors – a bathroom door and a kitchen door – to finish their property, which had been designed to built to a stunning standard. Those standards needed to be maintained and the same attention to detail applied in their door choices.
Persevering with contemporary design details for a stunning finish
Deuren was hired by an architect with plans to design and build his own home. He had very specific ideas in mind for the structural and cosmetic design of the house. He wanted shadow gap door frames to feature throughout the build but was coming up against resistance from builders who were advising him against this labour-intensive work.
