Punctuating open-plan spaces with innovative design
Our client came to us for a stylish and coherent solution to their requirement for several different doors, both inside and out. The brief was for internal doors which would enhance and showcase this sophisticated home’s beautiful expansive spaces, while a new bespoke garage door needed to offer exceptional looks and security.
The main considerations here were typical of our projects, in that all of the doors we created needed to work brilliantly together. The flow of light inside the home was an additional factor in our creative thinking, as was the property’s overall aesthetic theme of understated sophistication.
After a full site survey and extensive consultation with the client, it was clear that our internal solution would really need to showcase this home’s stunning open-plan kitchen and dining space. It’s an impressive and alluring space whose dynamic flow and amazing attention to detail are qualities the client is understandably proud of.
In response, we created full-height three-metre-wide double doors meticulously bespoke to the needs of our client and their amazing space. Large, glazed panels allow in as much natural light as possible, really optimising the wonderful spaciousness of this cool and contemporary interior. With our signature devotion to the pursuit of perfection, we made sure these doors open through a full 180 degrees and sit satisfyingly flush with the wall. Elsewhere, dark oak Gio doors complement this home’s undeniable sophistication.
Designed from scratch to perfectly suit the property, we created a black garage door featuring three as opposed to the usual four panels. While the aluminium we used provides a higher degree of security, the stunning black finish guarantees its stylish good looks, entirely in keeping with its surroundings.
From site survey to final installation, we loved completing this project because it provided a good opportunity to showcase the sheer breadth of our expertise and products. The finished property’s wow factor is the icing on the cake.
