Stunning doors to suit breathtaking natural surroundings

With the property’s beautiful woodland outlook, the client wanted to achieve an aesthetic which would simultaneously be boldly modern yet also pay tribute to rural traditionalism.  Above all, the finished property needed to be spectacular.

Inside the home we provided a set of satisfyingly simple Trem internal doors, all painted white and featuring H1057 bronze handles.  This clean, modern, uncluttered look complemented the interior style of the client’s home.  For the all-important front and garage doors, we handmade matching Verti 1 models, improving them further with side lateral windows.  In the case of the front door, this clever move helped bring natural light in the home’s hallway while also allowing tantalising glimpses of the gorgeous woodland, just visible beyond the pillared entranceway.

The front door itself is painted in different shades on each side, which makes perfect sense in terms of achieving their very different goals.  While the dark exterior suits the property’s grand façade and matches its railings and guttering, the lighter inside finish suits the home’s more contemporary and artistic styling. It’s not often we’re asked to perform this particular act of customisation, but having it as an option is certainly one of the advantages of our bespoke approach.
