Phase 1: Pre-Planning

Phase 3: The Build
This highly anticipated phase is when all the planning and work to to date culminates and construction begins. As your team of specialists get to work, this stage is about keeping a watchful eye, step-checking progress, and being ready to respond to challenges if and when they occur.
